The Moran&Cato Loft provides a hot desk that features a sit to stand electric desk, display monitor, easy access power connection and an ergonomic task chair. This is ideal for those occasions where a colleague joins you for the day to collaborate, or simply a need for short term team expansion that doesn’t require a full-time dedicated desk.
The hot desk is bookable by the day subject to availability and billed monthly, can be booked weekly as well and is dedicated only to the residents of the Moran&Cato Loft.
Meeting Room
The Moran&Cato Loft provides support and collaboration spaces to meet your needs.
Complimentary private meeting & collaboration is provided for all residents with a generously sized meeting table for six team members that is bookable for short and long meetings.
Complimentary lunch table doubles as a short team meeting space for those occasions when available.
Shower & Bike EScooter Storage
The Moran&Cato Loft provides complimentary bike hanging space for the occasional riders within the space.
Shower facilities are available on the ground floor.
A secure off street EScooter & Bike parking is located on the ground floor.
